LaTondra is a native Texan who brings her warm southern hospitality everywhere she goes. Having over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry. She began her career with the Hill Stones Group “Houston’s” concept. Quickly she rose through the ranks and specialized in front of house operations. Then transitioned to become a general manager at Which Wich Sandwich chain under the Aramark Management Group. Melmar Restaurants is excited to have her. Her strong internal leadership combined with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
