With over 20 years of managment in the food and beverage inustry, Candace has experience in managment consultation, team building, employee development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Candace has managed small to large teams at some of the most popular fast food and full service dining eateries like Burger King, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Denny’s which are 3 of the largest food chains nationally and internationally with a huge franchise presence and opportunity for comapny growth. Candace has proven her abilities within these 3 companies allowing her to receive multiple awards and continuous growth while maintaining a supreme health inspection record as well as receiving awards for team member retention, team training and development and excellent execution with new store openings and managemet. Candace has always enjoyed working in the F&B industry giving her the opportunity to share her expertise and ability to train, develop and build successful teams and new and existing operations.
